Green Tea

Ceylon Bliss green tea is an excellent source of antioxidants. Though Ceylon green tea is less well known compared to black tea, as it is discovered by more and more people around the world, Ceylon green tea looks set to continue growing in popularity. In contrast to black tea, green tea leaves are made from unoxidized tea leaves. It is one of the least processed teas in the world and contains high levels of antioxidants, including myricetin, quercetin, and kaempferol. Once picked, these tea leaves are quickly steamed, shaped, and dried to prevent oxidation. This process preserves the green color of the leaf, enhances the sweet and leafy flavor and aroma while maintaining minimal processing.
